These terms apply to your use of ferratacarts.com and to quotes, orders and services from Ferrata ("Ferrata," "we," "us"). Ferrata's dealership locations are independently owned and operated under the Ferrata name, and your purchase is with the location that sells or services your cart.
Quotes, orders and deposits
Quotes are estimates. They are valid for the period stated on the quote and may change with availability, options, taxes and delivery. An order is confirmed when a deposit or payment is received. Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are stated on your quote or invoice.
Text messaging program
Program: Ferrata text messages about your quote, order and service, including promotional offers.
How you join: by checking the text-message consent box on our quote form, or by otherwise agreeing to receive texts from us. Consent is not required to make a purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
